VIDA·PACK specialises in the design, customisation, production and supply of packaging solutions, primarily for businesses and professionals.

2. Quotation Requests

Forms available on our website allow visitors to request information and quotations.

Submitting a form does not constitute an order or create a contractual obligation to manufacture.

Once a request is received, our team will review the specifications and prepare a commercial proposal when the necessary information is available.

Prices, payment conditions and lead times will be those specified in the corresponding quotation or proforma invoice.

3. Custom-Made Products

Our products are manufactured according to each customer's specifications, including:

  • Dimensions.
  • Materials and paper weights.
  • Colours.
  • Printing.
  • Logos and artwork.
  • Lamination.
  • Handles.
  • Premium finishes.
  • Quantities.

Images and samples displayed on our website are illustrative and show examples of materials, finishes and previous productions.

4. Minimum Order

Unless otherwise stated in a commercial proposal, our usual minimum order for custom packaging is 500 units per size.

Certain products, materials or production methods may require different minimum quantities.

5. Order Confirmation

Production begins once the confirmations and documentation specified in the relevant proposal have been received. These may include:

  • Acceptance of the quotation or proforma invoice.
  • Final artwork approval.
  • Confirmation of materials, dimensions, colours and finishes.
  • Agreed initial payment.

Customers are responsible for carefully checking artwork, wording, logos, dimensions, colours and other specifications before approval.

Once documents have been approved and production has started, changes may no longer be possible or may result in additional costs and lead times.

6. Colours, Materials and Tolerances

Custom industrial manufacturing may involve reasonable technical variations between samples, digital visualisations and final production.

Colours displayed on screens are not an exact representation of printed colours. Pantone references, physical samples or agreed technical specifications will be used where appropriate.

Reasonable industrial tolerances may also apply to dimensions, paper weights, finishes and production quantities.

Where a specific production tolerance applies, it will be stated in the relevant commercial documentation.

7. Samples and Prototypes

Where available, we can provide physical samples from previous productions to help customers evaluate materials, paper weights, handles and finishes.

Custom prototypes may also be produced when required. Applicable costs, lead times and conditions will be communicated beforehand.

Previous-production samples are references and do not guarantee that a custom production will be identical in every respect.

8. Prices and Payments

Prices and payment terms are specified in each commercial proposal or proforma invoice.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, production will not begin until all required confirmations and payments have been received.

9. Lead Times

Our standard production and delivery lead time is approximately 4–6 weeks after receiving all required approvals and confirmations.

This timeframe is indicative unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed.

Urgent production may be available for certain projects subject to feasibility and availability.

10. Delivery

Shipping terms, delivery address and applicable costs will be established in each quotation.

Customers should inspect goods upon receipt and report visible transport damage or other delivery incidents as soon as possible, providing photographs and supporting documentation where appropriate.

11. Intellectual Property

Customers confirm that they hold the necessary rights to use any logos, designs, images, trademarks or other content supplied to VIDA·PACK for production.

VIDAPACK, SL shall not be responsible for third-party claims arising from materials supplied by a customer without the necessary rights or authorisations.

12. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law.

Any dispute shall be resolved according to applicable law and jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights applicable to consumers.
